Visit Nophadrain during GaLaBau 2018

The Nophadrain Systems for intensive green roofs and parking decks are being highlighted during the fair. Therefore our philosophy: ‘Maximize the open space’. The public space that is being taken by buildings and underground structures is indirectly returned to the environment through the creation of intensive green roofs and parking decks.

We will also focus on the renewed Nophadrain Water Retention Roof. The main purpose of this system is the delayed discharge of rainwater from the roof to the sewage system. Rainwater that is not being held by the vegetation and the vegetation layer, continues to flow to the ND WSE-70 Water Retention Element and the underlying ND 4 + 1h Drainage System. Subsequently the rainwater is released through a special roof drainage that delays the water drainage to the sewer. In this way, the rainwater does not flow into the sewer system all at once.

The various ND Drainage Systems form the heart of all Nophadrain Green and Utility Roof Systems. The ND Drainage Systems combine different functional layers into one product. This makes the usability of the Nophadrain Green and Utility Roof Systems easy and quickly to install. Even in the ND WSE-70 Water Retention Element two functions are combined: the filter layer and the water retention layer.
